We founded Percheron on the principal of providing a complete complement of services for right-of-way projects and processes with the highest possible levels of professional integrity, quality and wisdom.

It’s the Percheron people that really make the difference. We have a full staff of Right-of-Way Agents, Landmen, Permit Agents, Site Acquisition Agents, Abstractors, Surveyors and Environmental Specialists, which include Attorneys, MBAs, SRWAs and CPLs with decades of quality experience, field expertise in our industry and adherence to the standards of the International Right of Way Association (IRWA).
