Lyon to Vice President, N-Site, where he will be responsible for the development and execution of the company's new quality control initiative, N-Site. In his previous role as Director of Project Oversight, Justin began work by streamlining procedures for the company and in his new role as Vice President, Justin will be rolling out N-Site company wide. Trent Oglesby, Percheron's CEO comments "Justin's wealth of experience both in and out of our industry make him a great asset to the N-Site program. His attention to detail and management skills are what Percheron needs to take us to the next level in quality control."

N-Site is a company wide quality control initiative that will streamline project management, define deliverables and provide consistent reporting, detailed analysis and performance audits. The real strength of N-Site is its ability to provide clients with consistency across all projects. At Percheron, quality is our number one priority; therefore, every job Percheron accepts will utilize N-Site for quality control – at no cost to our clients. In addition to ongoing communication, both clients and project managers will be able to seamlessly navigate and determine the status of a project using Percheron's technology reporting tools. The N-Site process for each project begins with a detailed meeting between the client and the N-Site team to determine the scope of work along with specific client needs and project requirements. From there, these standards are integrated with Percheron's project protocols to create a step-by-step project workflow document that sets forth standardized procedures from the projects inception to completion. This document is utilized during periodic audits to evaluate the project's milestones, budgets, safety requirements and staffing needs. The N-Site team will provide results to our clients through onsite meetings and detailed reports. The N-Site team will also use the audit results to further optimize project results. "I am excited about the opportunity to help develop and implement N-Site and continuing Percheron's dedication to be a leader in the Right of Way industry," says Justin.
